It has been an year after the room was un-frozen and re-modeled. This small meeting is to mark first anniversary of the room and to look back at the past year.

The outcome of the room meeting can be enlisted as follows,

1. Did the room face any issues in the past year?

   – The answer was a resounding NO. There was no untoward incident which the room regulars could recall.

2. Do we need a change in the room owners (any addition or reduction)?

   – It was concluded that there was no solid reason to un-RO any room owner. Furthermore, it was decided to elevate Matthew, to the position of a room owner.
